Delivery Options
Payless.com offers FREE In-Store, Standard, Expedited and Rush delivery. We use the following shipping carriers: The United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx) and Payless ShoeSource (PSS).

Delivery Addresses You may have your purchase charged to you at one address and have it delivered to another address. However, we are unable to ship to more than one address per order at this time. If you're worried that you don't have a secure place for package delivery, you may consider having your package delivered to your place of business or to the Payless ShoeSource store of your choice.
International Orders All prices are in US Dollars. We are unable to provide delivery to shipping addresses (other than to APO or FPO addresses) or to our store locations outside the Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Please visit our Store Locator to locate one of our stores nearest you.

Delivery Days and Holidays
Delivery for Standard, Expedited and Rush service occurs on regular business days (Monday through Friday), excluding the carrier's published holidays (listed below). Saturday delivery may occur on orders shipped via the United States Postal Service.

FREE In-Store Delivery
Pay no shipping and handling charges when you pick up your online purchase at any one of our Payless ShoeSource stores found nationwide.
To select FREE In-Store Delivery, select “Ship FREE to a Payless ShoeSource Store Near You” under “Ship To” in the Checkout process. Our Store Finder will help you select the store nearest you.
Your order will be sent through the same delivery network that supplies millions of pairs of footwear to our retail locations each week. It will be picked, packaged and labeled in a separate carton especially for you. Before your package arrives, we'll send our store associates the details of your order electronically, so they will be expecting you.
In-Store Delivery Estimated Shipping Times
- Your order will arrive in 14 - 17 days after it leaves our warehouse.
- Alaska & Hawaii: Please allow additional days for your order to arrive.
Unclaimed Orders If you do not pick up your order, we'll try again to contact you. If your order has not been picked up within 60 days of its arrival in the store, we will make the merchandise available for sale to other customers and apply a refund to the credit card used to make the purchase.

A $10.00 surcharge, per order, in addition to handling charges, applies for Expedited and Rush air service to Alaska and Hawaii. No surcharge applies to Alaska and Hawaii for Standard or In-Store delivery.

Order Status & Tracking
Order Confirmation
We will send you two (or more) email messages regarding your order, provided you have furnished us with a valid email address:
- Order Confirmation – Letting you know your order has been received.
- Shipping Notification – Letting you know your order has shipped.
Tracking Your Order
Registered users and guest shoppers can view order details online by clicking on Order Status at the top of any page and filling in the required fields.
If your package was shipped via FedEx or UPS you can track your order at their web sites ( www.fedex.com or www.ups.com ) using the tracking number provided in the shipping notification email.
Tracking information is not available for orders delivered to our stores, for Gift Card orders or for APO/FPO orders. However, you will receive email messages notifying you when your order has been received and when it has shipped.

Canceling Orders
Because we work hard to ship every order within 24 hours, there is little time to cancel orders. Both registered and guest shoppers can review the status of their order by going to Order Status (located at the bottom of every page). Fill in the appropriate information to view your order details. If cancellation is still possible, it will be listed as an option. If the item has already been shipped, you will be able to return or exchange the item to a store nearest you, or you may return the item by mail.
